Why not come to our get together event on 3rd June in St Fagans National History Museum? People with injuries, relatives, carers, and volunteers from all 6 Headway branches are welcome to get together simply to meet each other, share a meal and have fun.
The plan for the day is to meet one or two people from other groups in the morning. You can keep within your group if you want but the icebreaker activities we’ve had in previous get togethers have been so popular and enjoyable that we’ll set up a couple of those for those that want to take part. We’ll then have lunch followed by a choice of activities. You can go on a treasure hunt. Or, I have come across a very highly recommended music therapist that will lead the other event. She has told me that you can just watch if you want, rattle a tambourine, bang a drum, hum or sing. Music makes us feel good and after all that’s what get togethers are all about!
