People often go through a very pessimistic phase after a brain injury. Of course, this is hardly surprising since the injury presents so many hard challenges and failing experiences. It’s also important to focus on failing experiences to find out why things have gone wrong. Analysing the reason for failure is an important first step in finding solutions, so we definitely need to focus on negative experiences.

Great memories: Early on and Now
Thinking about the early days as I came out of the fog of my brain injury
Two very simple things, the first putting on seeds, watching them grow in pots easy to tend
The thrill of my own maturities and their bright colours
The thrill too of my own tomatoes, something to eat, that's me!
Occurs to me too the colours if you know me you know I love colour
The second thing was being able to put on and tie my own trainers, Freedom!!
